Our Story
From One Woman’s Vision to a Trusted Jewelry Brand
JR & B Jewelry was born from the dedication and vision of one remarkable woman – Ms. Ratree Musyamas.
At a young age, Ms. Ratree began her journey in the jewelry industry as a general worker in the Quality Control (QC) department of a factory in Nakhon Phanom, Thailand. With patience, determination, and an eye for detail, she steadily rose through the ranks, eventually becoming QC Manager. Her responsibility was immense: she personally inspected every piece of jewelry before it moved on to the next stage—rejecting any flawed items to ensure only perfection moved forward.
After more than a decade of hands-on experience, Ms. Ratree took a courageous step. She left the factory and established her own small workshop. Building from the ground up, she faced countless challenges, learned from customer feedback, and embraced every complaint as a lesson. Over the years, she grew not only as a jeweler but also as a resilient entrepreneur, mastering every aspect of the craft.
What began as a modest workshop has now become JR & B Jewelry—a trusted name in 925 sterling silver and marcasite jewelry manufacturing.
Today, that same commitment to perfection lives on in every piece we create. Every item is still closely inspected by Ms. Ratree herself—our “boss lady” with hawk eyes—ensuring that quality, integrity, and years of experience are reflected in every piece that reaches your hands.
