It ensures a faster cycle time by enabling mixing, pouring, and vacuuming under controlled conditions. Constructed entirely from high-grade stainless steel, the machine is durable and easy to maintain. Additionally, it features a vibration system that helps reduce air bubbles in flasks, improving the quality of investment casting. With a capacity of 6 flasks and 15kg investment, this machine is ideal for high-precision jewelry production.

Vacuum Pressure Casting

The Vacuum Pressure Casting machine is designed for simplicity and ease of operation, requiring just the push of a button to initiate the process. It features a powerful 6kW induction heating system for melting alloys efficiently. The molten alloy can be stirred using an advanced electromagnetic field, ensuring uniformity and consistency. With precise temperature control through a PID system, the machine maintains optimal conditions for high-quality casting. The entire melting process occurs under protective inert gas within a completely closed, oxygen-free system, effectively minimizing alloy oxidation and preserving material integrity.

Burnout Furnace

A burnout furnace plays a crucial role in silver jewelry manufacturing by ensuring efficient wax removal, precise temperature control, and high-quality casting results. It effectively eliminates wax, creating clean and defect-free molds for casting. With uniform heat distribution and programmable temperature controls, it prevents cracks or thermal shock in the investment mold, resulting in smooth and well-defined jewelry pieces. The controlled burnout process also eliminates carbon residues, allowing for better metal flow and reduced defects in the final product. Additionally, a burnout furnace enhances efficiency and productivity by automating the burnout cycle, accommodating multiple flasks at once, and minimizing manual labor. This leads to faster, repeatable production cycles while reducing material waste and preserving silver purity. With a capacity of 40 flasks per burnout process, this machine is perfect of large scale production.

Electromagnetic Polishing

An electromagnetic polishing machine offers several advantages in silver jewelry manufacturing; enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This machine provides fast and uniform polishing, reaching intricate areas that are difficult to polish manually, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish on every pieces. Unlike traditional polishing methods, by using only stainless steel pins, water and a few drops of required finishing compound, we are able to achieve a smooth and clean surface, reducing material loss and preserving fine details without any abrasive compounds. With a capacity of 1kg or approximately 200 pieces of jewelry, this machine ensures efficiency and uniform polishing, enhancing the overall finish of silver jewelry.

Vacuum Wax Injector

A digital vacuum wax injector allows for a precision, efficiency, and consistency in the wax injection process. This machine ensures air-free, high-quality wax patterns by using a vacuum system to eliminate bubbles, which leads to flawless casting results with minimal defects. The digital temperature control maintains a stable wax temperature, preventing overheating or inconsistencies that could affect the mold details. Furthermore, the wax tank and wax injector head are made from high graded aluminum which has a relatively high heat resistance, allowing us to achieve higher precision and reduced defects, ultimately leading to superior-quality jewelry pieces.
